Meet the family

Hi!  I'm Mary  I am the mom of the Kuester family. I was a preschool teacher when I found out I was pregnant with Penny and Ben.  I just made more sense for me to stay home with them, so that's what we did, and I love it! Well most days... Other days I count the minutes until Will comes home. I try my best everyday to keep things running smoothly and still be a fun mom.  Sometimes I succeed sometimes I don't, but we always have entertaining!

Daddy making the Ben face
This is Will.  We've been married for almost three wonderful years.  He's a smarty getting his PhD in Chemistry.  He is so good with the babies.  He is able to manage school and being home great.  The babies light up when he comes home and he's never afraid to get silly with them.

Penny was the first born if only by a minute.  She is a busy busy baby!  She keeps me on my toes and is always going going going!  She is full of smiles and laughs, but when she upset she definitely lets you know, and usually quite loudly.  She is very loving and gives me random kisses.  She makes me laugh everyday!

Next We have Ben.  He is my laid back little guy.  He still has time to give mommy cuddles and doesn't get too upset about much.  And with the women in this house it helps that both of the men and laid back and go with the flow.  He also has one of the sweetest smiles I have ever seen.  He has such an expressive face.  He warms me heart everyday!

The family I love!

  1. So sweet! Nice to "meet" you :)
How old are Penny and Ben? Kayleigh was born last year on September 26th--the day before my birthday! They look like they must be close in age :)

    1. Wow Bethany, it looks like we might have the same birthday. Mine is the 27th of September as well. My babes will be 1 on July 7th. The time sure does fly by!

  2. I found your blog via pinterest and was sucked in by your stories. I am also a stay at home mom of 2. My girls are a week shy of 15 months. Your blog has made me feel a little less alone on this crazy journey of raising two babies at one time. Being outnumbered all day is quite a challenge, but we do the best we can (even if bathroom trips are filled with one child pulling the roll of paper apart while the other wants to flush me down the toilet!)
